Terms of Service

1. Booking & Reservation

A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment.

No reservation fee = no confirmed booking.

Sessions are scheduled only after the reservation fee is received.

2. Payments

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the session.

Payments are accepted via:

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • Debit and Credit Cards (including Tap to Pay and Apple Pay)

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or withholding of final images.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule once, with advance notice and subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of booking.

  • The rescheduled session must take place within 90 days of the original booking date.

  • After one reschedule or after 90 days, a new reservation fee is required to book a new appointment.

4. Photo Session

Clients are expected to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Be prepared for their session

Late arrivals may reduce the total shooting time.

5. Photo Selection

Clients will receive a private gallery to select their preferred images.

The number of final edited images is based on the package purchased. Selecting more images than included in the package does not mean all selected images will be edited.

Additional images may be purchased separately.

6. Photo Delivery

Final edited photos are delivered within 3 to 7 days after the client selects their preferred images.

Photos may be delivered via:

  • Private online gallery

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

Delivery time may vary depending on workload.

7. Editing Style

All images are edited in W Photography’s professional style.

RAW or unedited images are not provided unless agreed upon in advance.

8. Photo Usage

W Photography reserves the right to use your photos for:

  • Portfolio

  • Website

  • Social media

  • Marketing purposes

Clients may request in writing that their images not be used.

9. Limitation of Liability

W Photography is not responsible for:

  • Unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, etc.)

  • Technical issues beyond control

In the unlikely event of total image loss, liability is limited to the amount paid.

10. Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
